Rockwell Automation documentation lists the 20-HIM-A6 with PowerFlex 7-Class and 750-Series drive platforms, including the following drive families:
The 20-HIM-A6 is normally installed in the HIM bezel on the front of the drive. On PowerFlex 750-Series IP20, NEMA/UL Open Type drives, the HIM is inserted into the top of the bezel and slid downward onto the mating connector.
For PowerFlex 750-Series IP54, NEMA/UL Type 12 drives, the manual specifies a recommended tightening torque of 0.68 N·m (6.0 lb·in) for the applicable cover fasteners.
For temporary handheld operation, the 20-HIM-A6 can connect to drive Port 2 using a 20-HIM-H10 cable. The manual identifies the cable length as 1 m (3.28 ft.).
A 20-HIM-B1 remote-mount HIM bezel can also be used when the HIM needs to be located away from the drive.
